Yesterday I didn’t believe I could create again, today after three difficult years I open my studio. I am coming back to what I like. For me concrete is still a fascinating material, besides it there is silver and other natural stones.
I am not officially an artist nor am I officially a goldsmith, I am a creator. I create jewlery that can be worn, jewlery you can wear on special occasion and jewlery that cann’t be worn. My visions are potrayed by my perception of the world.
My jewlery doesn’t want to be somewere were it’s not welcome. It doesn’t define a person’s personality or the person themselves, because from what I know what defines a person, is who they choose to be.
My jewlery is for those whoose breath stops from joy when they see it. It’s for peaple that can take care of it. It’s for those who can wear it proudly and those who tune in with the deep message of respect, that is put in them in the creative process.
