Yesterday, I didn’t believe I could create again. Today, after three difficult years, I have opened my studio.
I am coming back to what I love. For me, concrete is still a fascinating material. Alongside it are silver and other natural stones.
I am not officially an artist, nor am I officially a goldsmith. I am a creator. I create jewelry you can wear on special occasions and jewelry you cannot wear. My perception of the world shapes my visions.
My jewelry doesn’t want to be somewhere where it isn’t welcome. It doesn’t define a person’s personality or the person themselves, because, from what I know, what defines a person is who they choose to be.
My jewelry is for those whose breath catches with joy when they see it. It is for people who can take care of it. It is for those who can wear it proudly and for those who connect with the deeper message of respect that is woven into each piece during the creative process.
